This mailing list is obtained from a federal agency each month hence it’s complete, up-to-date and accurate. Each record can be verified with the national registry at the following address: NPI Registry Search Website

NPI is a unique 10-digit identification number issued to health care providers in the United States. Please note that some nurses will share the same practice address (or fax and phone numbers) due to the fact that many of them work at the same location (e.g. a clinic or a hospital).

For example, in some cases the amount of fax numbers is not always 1:1, meaning that some records don’t have them.

Samples and free data

You can download the same data completely free of charge by pulling it directly from our database using the download tool on our home page (the files are generated in real-time). The only thing you don’t get with the free data is the affiliation information. The number of records is the same but you have to generate the files yourself for each specialty and state.

This is because our sales do not reach the required thresholds for sales tax collection in various regions. In the USA, the nexus threshold for many states is $100,000 in annual sales. In the EU, combined annual revenue from all EU states must exceed €10,000, and in Canada, a store must achieve an annual income of $30,000 CAD before it must collect sales tax. As a small mom-and-pop business, we do not come close to these values, and thus, sales tax is not collected on our products.
