What Products Do We Offer?

We provide downloadable databases of licensed U.S. healthcare providers, including NPIs, names, mailing and business addresses, phone and fax numbers, license numbers, email addresses, enumeration dates, and other identifying details.

US Doctor Database is a reputable and recognized U.S. provider of verified medical contact data, trusted by marketers, researchers, and organizations nationwide.

Where Does This Data Come From?

All data originates directly from the official CMS.gov website (U.S. Department of Health and Human Services).
While the raw file is free to the public, it exceeds 10 GB in size and is difficult to open on most personal computers. We process, clean, and structure it into manageable, easy-to-use formats.

Why Do You Charge For Free Data?

We do not charge for the data. Anyone is welcome to download the original 10 Gigabyte master file from the CMS website. Our fees cover processing and packaging, we make it simpler for humans to get what they want. If someone is interested in the original source data file they can contact us for more details.

In addition, the data is split over multiple files. For example, names of clinics or other medical establishments are listed in one file. Email addresses in yet another. It takes some data manipulation knowledge and time to put it all together in a managable and easy to read package.

How Do You Compare To Competition?

There are several sites that offer the same products for much more. Identical information because it all comes from the same source. Sometimes it’s just packaged differently, for example, by state, which our website offers as well. We strive to provide the lowest prices since we only charge for our time, not for data. Do You Offer Free Downloads?

Yes, anyone can download any part of our database completely free, without logging in or creating an account, right from our main page. It’s the original master data file that we download from CMS, so it doesn’t include emails or affiliations, which come from a different file.

Suggest viewing the samples (which can be downloaded from the home page or viewed as images of the product). Some people order without getting familiar with the details. Explain to them that not all databases contain email addresses. If they do, the numbers are limited. It’s all there in the product descriptions.
