This product is an email list of medical providers in US (all states). Some practitioners such as physicians, dentists, nurses, and others have disclosed their contact email addresses. We have obtained these lists and compiled them into usable format (last update Sep 18, 2024 ). Included with each record:

• Provider’s name, email, credentials, NPI and license numbers
• Affiliation (i.e. clinic, practice, or hospital name)
• Business address, phone and fax numbers
• Mailing address, phone and fax numbers
• Practitioner’s classification and specialization

Every record includes an email address.

This is an email list of physicians, nurses, dentists and other medical professionals in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

You may have noticed that sales tax is not being collected when purchasing a product from our website. This is because our sales do not reach the required thresholds for sales tax collection in various regions. In the USA, the nexus threshold for many states is $100,000 in annual sales. In the EU, combined annual revenue from all EU states must exceed €10,000, and in Canada, a store must achieve an annual income of $30,000 CAD before it must collect sales tax. As a small mom-and-pop business, we do not come close to these values, and thus, sales tax is not collected on our products.
