Refund and Returns Policy

Please carefully review our samples before buying a mailing list. Also, read the product description for all the details. There should be no confusion as to what the product contains. We regret to inform you that refunds cannot be issued for purchases made in error or for claims of promises not listed on our product pages, such as providing direct/private phone numbers to practitioners.
In some special cases, however, we will consider a refund or exchange. To apply for your refund, simply provide us with an explanation. The issue must be reported within 10 days of the purchase.
If approved for a refund, the customer will receive 90% of the purchase amount, as the remaining 10% is retained to cover the service fee charged by the payment processing provider (Stripe). Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to 10 days for refund processing time.
Due to the nature of our products (digital downloads) returns are not applicable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
